Questions
What counts as a line?
One expense item on a claim: a receipt, a mileage trip or any other expense entry. A claim with three receipts uses three lines.
Why is there a data cap on Unlimited?
Users are unlimited. The cap of 5,000 lines a year keeps the service fair for everyone and stops abuse.
What happens if I go over 5,000 lines?
You can add another 5,000 lines for €250 + VAT. We let you know when you're getting close, and invoice the extra lines when you need them.
Who counts as my accountant?
One external accountant or bookkeeper who looks after your books. They don't count towards your users.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and pay the difference for the rest of your year. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
Why are the prices exclusive of VAT?
ExpenC is built for businesses, who can usually reclaim VAT. VAT at 23% is added to your invoice.
